How it Works

Southwestern Farm Capital (SwFC) provides American Farmers with essential asset operations without over-leveraging their balance sheet. To get started, SwFC will charge an underwriting fee of $2,500; we will review your farming history to ensure SwFC is a good fit for you. Once underwriting is completed, we will move forward with $25,000 minus the $2,500 you already put towards underwriting for closing costs. If we do not accept your offer after the initial underwriting process, you will be refunded the initial $2,500.

You pass our vetting process, agree to our plan, and we move forward with a final agreement and review process.
